Ran founded Mold Testing Houston in 2017 with one rule: never combine testing with remediation. After seeing too many Houston families pressured into expensive cleanup jobs they didn't need, he built the company around independent assessment, period.
Today, Ran personally oversees every inspection report MTH produces. He holds Mold Assessment Consultant license MAC1839, and the company operates under Texas TDLR Mold Assessment Company license ACO1245. Every inspector on the team holds an individual MAC license, the senior credential for writing mold protocols and certifying clearance in Texas.
The independence runs all the way to the lab. Every sample MTH collects is analyzed by EMSL Analytical, an AIHA-LAP accredited laboratory, so the science behind each report is third-party too, not something we control.
